We had such a lovely time with delicious meals tailored to my dietary needs and a super cozy room with a stunning view of the mountains. The indoor pool and soothing sauna were perfect for relaxing after our long days on the slopes. Just a heads up, the Wi-Fi was a bit spotty at times, but it didn’t ruin our stay—definitely try to enjoy the great food!

The location is perfect for skiers, just a short walk to the main gondola and ski school. While the meat options at dinner were generally good, I found the vegetarian choices to be inconsistent. The church bells in the morning could be disruptive, especially for those facing that side. It's a suitable choice for families and those looking for convenient ski access.

The staff was really good, always ready to accommodate my dietary needs, like the custom dinners every night. One morning, I was actually surprised to find a milk alternative on the table, such a thoughtful gesture.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but for what we got, it was still reasonable.

Although my room wasvery comfy and tidy, it got a bit too warm, so I had to keep the window slightly open. An unusual hiccup was the lack of tap water during dinner. I find that odd when dining. The evening meals generally had nice meat options, but the vegetarian choices seemed inconsistent. The buzzing church bells every morning at 7 a.m. were a bit too loud for my liking. It was a cozy and cute experience, but a few adjustments could really elevate the stay.

The hotel is conveniently located near the main Markbachjochbahn gondola, making it easy to access the ski area of Auffach in the Ski Jewel of Wildschoenau. the rooms are clean and spacious, offering wonderful views of the surrounding mountains. the staff are friendly and attentive, ensuring that the guests have a pleasant stay. the hotel has facilities such as an indoor swimming pool and a restaurant that serves delicious food.

Some guests have reported that the restaurant service could be improved, as there were long waits for food and certain meals were not up to their expectations.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The swimming pool was a real highlight - it was nice, open all day, and I hardly ever saw anyone else using it. The hotel is conveniently located near the ski area and ski school, making it perfect for winter sports enthusiasts like me. The staff, including the waiters in the restaurant and the cleaning ladies, were all very friendly and accommodating. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, and the facilities were well-maintained. there was ample parking available, a great convenience.

The hotel was understaffed during Christmas week, leading to long wait times for service. The rooms were outdated and the beds uncomfortable.
